Return Policy


We offer a 100% refund policy on all items returned in a 14 day time period. After 14 days the following return policy applies:

- We do not offer full refunds on items returned after 15 days,only store credit in the form of an e-gift card. 

- We do not send return labels, so whatever way you would like to return the item is fine. 

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed/unworn and in the same condition that you received it, with the original tags in place. Please allow 3 business days for processing return.

- Gift cards are non-returnable/refundable. 

- Any "Last Look" (Sale) or one day flash sale items are FINAL SALE! 

**If you've had your item for longer than the policy period, the item has signs of being washed/worn, tags have been removed, or you do not have your original invoice or receipt, we CANNOT issue any store credit or accept the return. No exceptions.**


- Exchanges must occur within 15 days of the original purchase date. 

- Items may only be exchanged for the same item that was originally purchased, in a different size or color if needed. 

- We cannot guarantee that we will have the item still in stock upon the return/exchange of your item, but if we do not have that exact item in stock we will issue you a store credit for the same amount of the original item, or help you find an alternate item! 

- Please e-mail, or message us on our Facebook page, with your original invoice or order number. 

- Once we have verified your purchase, you may ship the exchange item to us, using any carrier service you prefer. 

- We DO NOT pay for return or exchange shipping. 

- Once we have received your item, we will process and ship out the new item. Please see above note for if we do not have the item left in stock. 

- Please allow up to 7 business days for return shipping, processing, and shipping out of the new item. 


**Please be sure to thoroughly inspect your item upon delivery to be sure there are no damages or defects.**

- While we strive to maintain consistent quality in the clothing we sell to you, defects or damages may occur. 

- Once you receive your item, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to inspect and notify us if the item is damaged or has defects. 

- If your item is damaged or has any defects, please notify us right away at, or message our page on Facebook. 

- We will require photos of the damaged item, as well as your original invoice/receipt. 

- In the case of verified damaged items, we will pay for your return shipping and send you a return shipping label. 

- You will receive a store credit in the form of an e-gift card for the damaged item. 

- If the damaged item is not reported within the 3 day period, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Rose & Arrow Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or shipments. 

**Whenever we receive a returned or exchanged item, we will notify you that we have received the item and we will let you know if your return/exchanged has been approved or rejected. If for any reason your returned item is rejected, we will contact you and the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.**

*Each item is photographed to best to display accurate colors, measurements and patterns.  Please be aware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles.  Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be unique in pattern/color.*
